There's also a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster for the driver, replacing traditional gauges. It's more responsive, working quickly and displaying lots of information with attractive graphics. Every facelifted XF comes with 11.4-inch Pivi Pro infotainment, which replaces the ageing Touch Pro system. One of the XF's original design ‘party pieces’ - a rising rotary gear selector knob - has now been replaced by a stubby gear selector, neatly trimmed in leather and a metallic surround. The design of the interior will be familiar to anyone who’s sat in the smaller Jaguar XE or larger Jaguar XJ saloons and material quality is very good – although we think the Audi A6 still feels a fraction more solid in this respect. Today’s Jaguars have become renowned for their sleek, stylish and hi-tech interiors and things are no different in the latest XF.
